Senior Product Manager

• 5+ years of experience in product management managing end-to-end product lifecycles.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field (or equivalent experience).
• Exceptional collaboration skills bridging product strategy with marketing, engineering, design, and sales.
• Strategic thinker with a customer-first mindset and strong organizational skills.
• Excellent English communication skills to articulate strategies and progress.
• Willingness to visit Gliwice office at least once per month.

Nice to have:

• Deep B2B digital commerce knowledge and SAP ecosystem experience.
• Experience with agentic AI and familiarity with AI-driven applications and API-first architectures.

Product Strategy & Vision:

• Define and execute product vision, strategy, and roadmaps aligned with company goals.
• Use insights into industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to guide product direction.

Product Lifecycle Management:

• Manage full product lifecycle from ideation to launch and post-launch optimization.
• Prioritize features and initiatives to deliver customer value and business impact.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

• Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales.
• Mentor and support stakeholders to drive product alignment.

Customer Focus & Product Design:

• Deeply understand customer needs and translate into product features.
• Partner with design teams applying user-centered design principles.

Execution & Delivery:

• Manage multiple projects ensuring deadlines are met.
• Work in Agile/Scrum environments to prioritize and deliver features.
• Troubleshoot, resolve issues, and adapt to changes.

Communication & Stakeholder Alignment:

• Articulate product strategies, roadmaps, and updates to executives, technical teams, and customers.
• Present ideas confidently to senior leadership.

Business Acumen:

• Ensure product decisions support business strategy, revenue goals, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
