Fullstack Developer

co.brick is hiring Fullstack Developers to work on a cutting-edge, AI-driven commerce platform used by global enterprises. The team operates from a modern office in Gliwice, Poland, and supports remote work with monthly office visits expected. The company emphasizes high-trust, collaboration, and innovation in software development.

• 3+ years of experience as a Fullstack Developer building scalable production applications.
• Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong proficiency in React, TypeScript, JavaScript, CSS, and modern web APIs.
• Comfortable with Java backend development and frameworks like Spring Boot or Micronaut.
• Collaborative team player with proactive and hardworking attitude.
• Experienced with AI coding assistants and interested in integrating AI APIs into software.
• Strong eye for design and experience building interfaces from Figma or design systems.
• Effective communication skills in Polish and English (minimum B2 level).

End-to-End Engineering:

• Design, build, and maintain highly scalable frontend and backend features using React, TypeScript, Java, Spring Boot, and Micronaut.
• Develop intuitive user interfaces and reusable frontend components.

API & Services Engineering:

• Build robust APIs and backend services integrating commerce and external systems.
• Translate product requirements into technical rules, validations, approvals, and exception handling.

UI/UX Craftsmanship:

• Partner closely with UX/UI designers to implement designs from Figma into modular component architectures.
• Optimize client-side performance and end-to-end commerce workflows.

AI Integration & Innovation:

• Use AI engineering tools like GitHub Copilot and ChatGPT to write cleaner code and generate tests.
• Collaborate to implement AI-driven capabilities in the platform.

Software Quality & Testing:

• Maintain software craftsmanship principles such as SOLID and clean code.
• Ensure strong test coverage including functional, integration, and end-to-end testing.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

• Work with Product Managers, UX/UI designers, and engineers to refine platform capabilities and define technical acceptance criteria.
