Senior Identity Infrastructure Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Authentication & Identity Infrastructure Engineer to join an international Engineering Services division operating across key European financial hubs, including Krakow, Paris, and Brussels. The role involves designing, securing, and maintaining mission-critical identity and access management (IAM) platforms to ensure system availability, resilience, and security at large-scale enterprises.

• Extensive enterprise experience designing and supporting complex identity and authentication infrastructures.
• Deep expertise in Active Directory, including forest trust architectures and advanced troubleshooting.
• In-depth understanding of authentication protocols: Kerberos, NTLM, SAML, OAuth, and PKI/certificate-based authentication.
• Hands-on experience configuring and managing Microsoft Azure Entra ID.
• Advanced PowerShell scripting skills for automation and management.
• Solid knowledge of Windows Server OS, virtualization, enterprise networking, and storage systems.

Nice to have:

• Experience managing RSA Authentication Manager / RSA SecurID ecosystems.
• Familiarity with ITIL frameworks and Agile delivery practices using ServiceNow.

• Oversee, configure, and maintain multi-forest and multi-domain Active Directory environments and LDAP services.
• Manage Microsoft Azure Entra ID global tenant administration.
• Handle Active Directory Federation Services (ADFS), including claims, metadata, and token-based authentication for SSO.
• Support and enhance Multi-Factor Authentication solutions, including Windows Hello for Business and RSA SecurID.
• Develop and review technical architecture designs and security baselines for authentication systems.
• Maintain comprehensive technical documentation.
• Automate administrative workflows and configuration deployments leveraging PowerShell scripting.
• Participate in security assessments, vulnerability remediation, and IT audits for financial sector compliance.
