Azure Cloud Engineer

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in cloud engineering or related field.
• Proven experience with Azure services.
• Hands-on experience with Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) tools.
• Strong scripting skills in Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools.
• Knowledge of networking principles in cloud environments.
• Experience with monitoring and logging tools.
• Understanding of cybersecurity principles and frameworks.

Nice to have:

• Master's degree or relevant certifications.
• Certifications such as Azure Certified DevOps Engineer.

• Design and implement secure, scalable, and highly available cloud infrastructure using Azure services based on business and technical requirements.
• Develop automated deployment pipelines using Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) tools like Azure CloudFormation and Azure CDK.
• Implement and manage security practices including Identity and Access Management, network security, and encryption for data protection.
• Design backup, disaster recovery, and failover solutions for high availability.
• Create and maintain documentation of infrastructure architecture and share knowledge with team members.
• Collaborate with architects and managers to finalize MVP before production deployment.
• Stay updated with new Azure services and recommend improvements.

Location: Pune Hybrid. Team Structure: Collaborative environment with multi-cloud architects. Reporting Lines: Reports to the Cloud Operations Manager. Notice Period: Immediate joiners preferred. Candidates serving notice with availability in 15–20 days also preferred.
