Product Data Analyst (she/he/they)

Green Hive Technology is a software house within the Żabka Group, creating digital solutions that drive the development of one of Poland's largest convenience ecosystems. They develop projects including the Żappka application, data science initiatives supporting franchisees, solutions using generative artificial intelligence (genAI), and other innovative digital products.

• Minimum 2 years of analytical experience
• Strong knowledge of SQL and MS Excel
• Basic knowledge of Python with a willingness to develop skills
• Ability to understand industry specifics and translate them into analytical requirements
• Experience working with cloud data warehouses (e.g., Snowflake, BigQuery)
• Analytical thinking, curiosity, and engagement
• Proactive attitude and desire to learn new knowledge
• Ability to plan independently and good organization skills
• English language proficiency at minimum B2 level

Nice to have:

• Experience in retail or e-commerce industry
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI)

• Prepare quantitative analyses and formulate business conclusions and recommendations
• Challenge the status quo, pose and verify hypotheses, and seek new solutions
• Collect, structure, and interpret data
• Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to understand needs and communicate results
• Document analyses, changes, and experiments
• Summarize the effects of actions and measure their impact on the business
