Solution Engineer, Power Platform

Nordea is a large Nordic bank undergoing technological transformation to support the Customer Vision and Business Strategy. The Power Platforms team, part of Group Technology's End-User Engineering & Operations, empowers business and technology teams to securely build solutions, automate workflows, and leverage AI capabilities to improve productivity and strategic outcomes.

• Proven experience designing and delivering solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and Copilot Studio.
• Experience implementing AI-powered solutions using Copilot Studio, AI Builder, and generative AI capabilities.
• Strong understanding of solution lifecycle management, environment strategy, security models, and application support practices.
• Experience integrating Power Platform solutions within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, Azure services, APIs, and other enterprise systems.
• Experience supporting solution governance, security, environment strategy, data management, and compliance requirements within an enterprise environment.

• Experience in driving business adoption and supporting end-user communities through training, enablement, and stakeholder engagement.
• Strong problem-solving skills with ability to troubleshoot, optimize, and continuously improve business applications and automated processes.
• Demonstrated ability to work directly with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver business-focused technology solutions.

• Design, develop, test, and deploy Power Platform solutions, including Power Apps, Power Automate flows, and Copilot Studio agents.
• Develop and maintain reusable solution blueprints, templates, components, connectivity, and design patterns.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, optimize solution performance, and ensure reliability, scalability, and user satisfaction.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, strategic goals, and automation opportunities.
• Establish documentation and adoption activities while promoting Power Platform best practices.
