Enterprise Administrator, Power Platform

Nordea is a large Nordic bank undergoing digital transformation with a focus on technology solutions to support its customer vision and business strategy. The Power Platforms team within Group Technology empowers business and technology teams to securely build solutions, automate workflows, and leverage AI capabilities while ensuring stable and compliant services.

• Extensive knowledge of the Microsoft ecosystem, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, Power Pages, Dynamics 365, Power BI, and Copilot Studio.
• Experience managing platform governance frameworks, security controls, environments, and connectors.
• Proven ability to drive operational improvements, troubleshoot technical issues, monitor platform health, and manage licensing and capacity.
• Strong knowledge of AI governance and risk management frameworks.
• Strong knowledge of IT Service Management and Application Lifecycle Management processes.

Nice to have:

• Experience in driving business adoption and supporting end-user communities through training and stakeholder engagement.
• Experience in driving operational excellence via automation and standardization.
• Relevant Microsoft Power Platform, Fabric, and Microsoft 365 certifications.

• Ensuring the platform remains secure, compliant, cost-effective, and aligned with organizational standards.
• Supporting the rollout of new capabilities, governance processes, and platform standards.
• Acting as the primary escalation point for platform-related issues, business stakeholders, and external stakeholders.
• Maintaining platform-related documentation and end-user instructions and guidelines.
• Partnering with business and technology stakeholders to enable adoption of low-code and AI-powered solutions.
