Solution Architect, Power Platform

Nordea is a large Nordic bank undergoing technological transformation to enable the Customer Vision and Business Strategy. The role is within Group Technology's Power Platforms team that supports business and technology teams in building solutions, automating workflows, and leveraging AI capabilities to improve productivity and outcomes.

• Strong background in solution architecture, application design, systems integration, and enterprise technology platforms.
• Proven experience designing and delivering enterprise-scale solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, Power Pages, and Copilot Studio.
• Experience leading complex technology initiatives from requirements gathering through architecture, delivery, and operational support.
• Demonstrated success partnering with business stakeholders to define roadmaps, identify automation opportunities, and deliver measurable business value.
• Experience operating within enterprise governance, security, risk, compliance, and architecture frameworks.

Nice to have:

• Experience implementing intelligent automation, AI-powered solutions, and digital transformation initiatives.
• Experience designing and enabling integration patterns with APIs, middleware platforms, and third-party enterprise applications.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle, Agile delivery methodologies, and Application Lifecycle Management.

• Lead the end-to-end solution architecture and technical design of Power Platform solutions.
• Engage with business and technology stakeholders to understand strategic objectives, define requirements, and translate them into scalable architecture designs.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to solution engineers, administrators, and project teams throughout the solution lifecycle.
• Establish and maintain architecture standards, design patterns, governance controls, and best practices across the Power Platform ecosystem.
• Develop adoption strategies, enablement initiatives, and governance frameworks to encourage responsible platform growth while maximizing business value.
