Senior C# / .NET Core Developer

Code & Pepper supports clients in demanding sectors by helping scale teams and build modern products. The role involves working on a large modern application for the public sector with an emphasis on security and reliability.

• Minimum 5 years of commercial experience with higher education
• At least 3 years in the last 5 years as a Back-end Developer on commercial projects with a budget of at least 100,000 PLN net
• Very good knowledge of C# and .NET Core for web and desktop applications
• Practical experience designing and implementing secure REST API
• Proficiency in design patterns and implementing Clean Architecture and DDD
• Experience with relational databases (MS SQL, PostgreSQL), including query optimization, indexing, and stored procedures
• Practical knowledge of ORM systems (Entity Framework Core, Dapper)
• Knowledge of modern authentication, authorization, and data encryption mechanisms (JWT, OAuth2, FIDO2)
• Ability to write and maintain unit and integration tests
• Proficiency with Git and Azure DevOps, and English language skills sufficient for reading technical documentation

Nice to have:

• Agile and Scrum methodology experience

• Design, implement, and optimize business logic using C# and .NET Core
• Develop secure REST API services
• Work closely with relational databases (MS SQL, PostgreSQL), including query optimization, index creation, and stored procedure writing
• Apply Clean Architecture and DDD principles
• Write and maintain unit and integration tests
• Use Git and Azure DevOps for version control and development workflows
