Specjalista ds. Monitoringu Systemów Linux

• Minimum one year experience in monitoring, NOC, system maintenance, or IT support.
• Practical knowledge of Linux with ability to analyze logs, processes, and diagnose problems.
• Experience with monitoring tools like Splunk, Grafana, Zabbix or similar.
• Understanding of computer networks fundamentals: TCP/IP, HTTP/HTTPS, DNS.
• Capability to analyze problems based on logs and metrics.
• Ability to work in a 24/7 shift system.
• Polish language proficiency at minimum C1 level.
• English language proficiency at minimum B2 level.

Nice to have:

• Experience in high-availability or high-load systems.
• Basic scripting skills in Bash and Python.
• Knowledge of ITIL.
• Experience in payment, fintech, or transaction systems domain.
• Certifications related to Linux, monitoring, or cloud solutions.

• Monitor real-time Linux systems supporting transactions.
• Analyze alerts, logs, and metrics using Splunk, Grafana, and Zabbix.
• Identify and manage incidents per operational procedures.
• Collaborate with DevOps, infrastructure, and security teams to resolve issues.
• Perform operational administrative tasks in Linux environment.
• Escalate complex incidents and participate in root cause analysis (RCA).
• Create and update technical documentation and runbooks.
• Participate in monitoring development and process improvement.
