Mockup Design Team Manager (remote within Europe)

FYUL powers on-demand commerce globally, formed in 2024 through the merger of Printful, Printify, and Snow Commerce. The company integrates technology, talent, and infrastructure to help creators and brands produce and distribute visual merchandise at scale.

• Proven leadership experience managing technical, creative, or 3D design teams.
• Experience working within a platform environment, SaaS business model, and e-commerce.
• Ability and eagerness to introduce workflow automation tools and streamlined operational processes.
• Enthusiasm and familiarity with emerging AI capabilities in design.
• Capacity to analyze team capacity and operational metrics to make effective scheduling and resource allocation decisions.

• Partner with the team and stakeholders to identify production bottlenecks and introduce smart workflows and simple automations to remove repetitive tasks.
• Align design operations with merchant success by translating user feedback and e-commerce trends into high-converting visual assets that reduce reprint rates.
• Act as a guide evaluating user-friendly AI tools and help designers integrate them into daily workflows.
• Direct resource allocation and capacity planning to prioritize high-value initiatives and maximize ROI on visual asset creation.
• Evaluate production metrics, align output with merchant usage patterns, and refine cross-functional collaboration to boost merchant conversion.
• Coach and mentor three Design Team Leads in operational efficiency, leadership, and team growth.
