Data Analytics Team Lead

FYUL is the engine that powers on-demand commerce at global scale. Formed in 2024 through the merger of Printful, Printify, and Snow Commerce, the company combines tech, talent, and infrastructure to help people create products for a global market.

• Strong written and verbal English communication skills
• Proven ability to manage priorities across wide stakeholder groups
• 5+ years of professional experience in data analysis
• 1+ years of experience leading a team of data analysts
• Previous experience in a product company or marketplace is a plus
• Prior experience applying AI in a data context is a plus; strong curiosity and eagerness to experiment with AI and integrate into workflows is essential
• Demonstrated ability to present and clearly articulate summarized data analysis results
• Advanced SQL skills and experience with Snowflake or similar data warehouses
• Hands-on experience with BI tools, with Looker experience as a plus
• Solid understanding of data modeling and data quality principles
• Hands-on experience with event tracking and product analytics tools, with Amplitude as a plus
• Solid understanding of statistics and AB testing with hands-on experience in product experimentation
• Empathy and ability to work with employees from diverse professional and cultural backgrounds

• Lead a team of up to 4 data analysts working with product and business teams across the Supply domain
• Guide data analysis work across a wide range of product areas, customer behaviour, partner performance, and others
• Manage performance and conduct regular 1-to-1 meetings to discuss workload and personal development of data analysts
• Drive high impact analytical initiatives across the organisation
• Build relationships and manage a wide array of stakeholders
• Create, prioritise, and proactively communicate the analytics team backlog, aligning it with top impactful initiatives in the Supply area
• Lead efforts to enhance data-driven culture in the company and mentor peers and stakeholders in data usage
• Participate in the hiring process for product and data analytics talent
• Equip the team with the latest analytical and statistical techniques relevant to FYUL business
