Senior Product Designer - New Ventures & Consumer UX

HelloFresh is a global food solutions group and the world's leading meal kit provider operating across 18 countries and 3 continents. The role involves collaboration with HelloTech, a global technology division of over 1,000 people driving an end-to-end food ecosystem. The Warsaw office works with international teams on scalable, data-driven platforms impacting millions of global customers.

• 6+ years of experience in product design with a proven track record delivering high-quality consumer products.
• Deep understanding of consumer-facing products and decision-making drivers across the full customer lifecycle.
• Ability to define problem spaces and contribute to strategic roadmap planning.
• Exceptional skills in visual and interaction design, including hierarchy, motion, micro-interactions, and animation.
• High proficiency in Figma and familiarity with front-end technical constraints.
• Proactive, collaborative attitude advocating for optimal design solutions.
• Ability to frame research questions, run lightweight studies, and translate findings into design.
• Active use of AI tools (such as Figma AI and Claude) in project workflows.
• Strong communication skills for clear presentations and cross-functional alignment.

• Lead design from concept to shipped product, ensuring high-quality consumer experiences across touchpoints.
• Frame problem spaces and bring consumer insights to squad planning to inform development.
• Maintain high standards in UI, interaction design, motion, micro-interactions, and UX writing.
• Utilize AI tools across the entire design lifecycle to enhance speed and precision.
