Manual Tester

Link Group is recruiting for a Manual Tester role supporting testing of integration workflows and data fidelity across SaaS platforms.

• 3+ years of professional experience in manual testing of web-based applications or SaaS platforms
• Experience testing API integrations and validation of cross-system data flow
• Ability to author and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases
• Proficiency with bug tracking and agile tools such as Jira
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong analytical problem-solving skills
• Strong plus: experience with laboratory informatics systems (e.g., LIMS)

• Execute manual test cases for integration workflows pushing and pulling data between systems
• Validate data fidelity across systems, ensuring records appear accurately in user interfaces
• Document test results and log defects with clear reproduction steps
• Manage bugs through resolution
• Collaborate closely with engineering team to clarify requirements and re-test fixes
• Participate in sprint ceremonies, test planning, and effort estimation
• Identify gaps in test coverage and recommend QA process improvements
