Data Product Manager

co.brick talents is engaged in a multi-engagement data and platform adoption programme for a large multinational client focused on data transformation and platform onboarding.

• 10+ years of experience in IT, data, platform, or digital transformation delivery.
• 5+ years in senior delivery, programme or engagement leadership focused on data transformation initiatives.
• Deep knowledge of data operating models, stewardship, lineage, and integration at a practical level.
• Exceptional executive stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with structured delivery governance including steering meetings, risk logs, and escalation paths.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to manage ambiguity and conflicting priorities.
• Fluent English communication skills at C1/C2 level; knowledge of Portuguese, French, or Spanish is a plus.

• Lead the engagement lifecycle from kickoff to handover, managing delivery rhythm, stakeholder alignment, and risk control.
• Drive alignment between business and technology on data platform adoption, operating models, data ownership, stewardship, and data quality.
• Validate business unit readiness ensuring sponsor commitment, SME availability, and source access.
• Serve as primary engagement interface for senior business sponsors, central programme teams, and technology leaders.
• Challenge business units to prevent "fake progress" and ensure scope discipline.
• Protect scope boundaries, flag commercial risks early, and translate technical findings into business-readable decisions.
• Prepare evidence for client checkpoints and manage risk logs, decision logs, and escalation flows.
