Senior Business Analyst

co.brick talents partners with a major banking client for a long-term regulatory initiative within the banking regulatory reporting domain. The role is situated in the Regulatory Reporting Value Stream inside the Group Finance Department, focusing on regulatory compliance and automation.

• 7–10+ years of experience in business analysis within banking regulatory reporting in EU or Baltic banking environments.
• Comprehensive knowledge of banking products, financial data, systems, and operational processes.
• Expertise in business analysis, requirements engineering, and business process modeling.
• Ability to translate complex datasets, statistical concepts, and reporting rules into clear business requirements and validation logic.
• Strong SQL skills and understanding of Data Warehouse concepts and Data Literacy.
• Practical experience with Agile methodologies using Atlassian Jira and Confluence.
• Outstanding stakeholder management, proactiveness, confident decision-making, and fluent written and spoken English (C1).

High-Priority Differentiators:

• Practical knowledge of BCBS 239 principles.
• Direct experience with ECB remediation initiatives.
• Experience in large-scale finance or banking transformation projects.

• Analyze and implement complex regulatory requirements for banking reporting.
• Drive automation of manual file-based reporting processes.
• Minimize manual adjustments in reporting.
• Support European Central Bank (ECB) remediation activities.
• Serve as the primary liaison between Business and IT stakeholders.
• Deliver compliant, scalable, and automated reporting solutions.
