• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in data warehouse production processes (analysis, design, development, deployment) in senior/lead/manager roles
• Practical knowledge of data warehouse solutions
• Experience managing or coordinating a small project team
• Ability to plan work and delegate within the team
• Independence, decision-making skills, and responsibility for assigned areas
• Proactive approach, focus on finding solutions and improvements
• Responsibility, reliability, and timeliness in task execution
• Openness to change and ability to work in a dynamic environment
• Very good communication and collaboration skills with various stakeholders (IT, business, external vendors)
• English language proficiency sufficient for day-to-day communication

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of data processing technologies and tools such as IBM DB2 and Azure Databricks
• Experience in the financial sector

• Manage and develop the team responsible for the data warehouse (work planning, task prioritization, providing substantive support)
• Oversee the production process in the data warehouse area (analysis, design, development, deployment)
• Supervise data acquisition processes from sources (identification, integration, standardization, adaptation of new and existing sources)
• Ensure correctness, consistency, and quality of data (actively identify and resolve reported data issues)
• Plan and optimize daily data loading processes
• Design and extend the data model (data warehouse modeling, development of analytical structures)
• Collaborate closely with business users (requirements gathering, translating to technical specifications, consulting on data use, priority management)
• Cooperate with other data teams (maintenance, project management, technological development, Business Intelligence)
• Coordinate work with other IT areas (application teams, infrastructure, security)
• Plan data warehouse changes to support the bank's product development
• Adapt data warehouse solutions to changes in source systems
• Document and ensure compliance with standards, architecture, and best practices
• Ensure regulatory and audit compliance
