Senior Site Reliability Engineer (AI/ML Platform)

Link Group is hiring a seasoned Site Reliability Engineer to join the team responsible for the backbone of their global AI/ML services platform.

• Proven experience managing complex, large-scale distributed systems as a Site Reliability, Platform, or Infrastructure Engineer.
• Deep practical experience with Kubernetes for large-scale container orchestration.
• Hands-on expertise with observability tools like Prometheus, Grafana, and distributed tracing.
• Strong programming skills in Python and Go, including infrastructure-as-code with Terraform.
• Experience or curiosity about AI/ML infrastructure challenges, such as model serving pipelines, inference engines, or GPU-accelerated workloads.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on prevention and ownership.
• Strong collaboration skills and mentoring capability to promote SRE principles.

• Design and implement comprehensive observability with telemetry, dashboards (Grafana), and alerting (Prometheus).
• Define and track SLOs/SLIs to maintain service reliability.
• Write automation code in Python and Go to reduce manual work and build self-healing systems.
• Lead incident response, participate in on-call rotations, and conduct post-mortems with runbook creation.
• Develop and maintain CI/CD systems with automated safety checks and rollback capabilities.
• Collaborate with product engineers to advise on reliability and operational readiness.
