Junior Information Security GRC Analyst (f/m/d)

• Currently studying or recently graduated in IT, Computer Science, Cyber Security, or related fields.
• Some exposure to IT through study, personal projects, or work experience.
• Good verbal and written English skills.
• Genuine curiosity about cyber security and motivation to develop knowledge in this area.
• Logical and structured problem-solving approach with attention to detail.
• Comfortable with learning new systems, tools, and processes.
• Ability to adjust to changing priorities within a learning-focused environment.
• Basic computer literacy, including familiarity with Microsoft Office and Microsoft Teams.
• Exposure to GRC or ticketing tools like Asana is a bonus.
• Interest in certifications such as CompTIA Security+ is advantageous but not required.

• Manage and run Awin’s phishing simulation tool, including scheduling simulated phishing campaigns, tracking results, and reporting outcomes.
• Respond to employee-reported phishing emails, assisting with investigation and triage.
• Maintain the security awareness training programme by assigning, tracking, and ensuring completion.
• Create engaging security awareness materials, including newsletters and internal communications.
• Support internal and external audits and help maintain security controls.
• Assist with third-party due diligence assessments of suppliers and partners.
• Build AI tools and integrations to support efficiency and workflow optimisation.
