Data Engineer

• Experienced data engineer with 3+ years in data integration & real time streaming
• Experience in streaming big datasets using Spark or similar
• Experience with AWS or GCP Cloud data processing solutions
• Experience in programming with Python or Scala/Java
• Excellent command of spoken English
• Keen attention to detail and data quality
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while interacting with different disciplines
• Proven ability to prioritise and deal with problems systematically and provide clear communications regarding issues and solutions

Nice to have:

• Academic degree in a quantitative discipline such as computer science or mathematics
• Experience within the iGaming industry and/or regulatory aspect of iGaming
• Experience in SQL query writing and optimisation
• Experience with Airflow
• Experience with data warehousing

• Design, build, and maintain robust, scalable, and reliable batch and streaming data pipelines in our modern cloud environment
• Implement cutting-edge data engineering best practices to guarantee the quality and consistency of our crucial data assets
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues with data feeds, ensuring uninterrupted flow and availability
• Establish and maintain strong communication channels between business and technical teams regarding the strategic use of company data
• Full ownership of the development lifecycle and ability to work independently if necessary
