Senior Project Manager

• Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile delivery practices (Scrum, Kanban).
• Experience in release planning, version management, and software deployment coordination.
• Ability to manage cross-team and cross-product dependencies across Development, QA, DevOps, Delivery, and external stakeholders.
• Good understanding of software testing, release readiness, database and integration changes, and related technical risks.
• Experience in backlog governance, capacity planning, WBS management, budget tracking, and delivery reporting.
• Strong communication skills to bridge business and engineering teams.
• Experience working in complex enterprise software environments.
• Familiarity with budgeting and financial forecasting.
• PMP or Agile certifications preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Knowledge of Systems development life cycle, Agile, Service Management, Capacity planning, Budgeting, and MS Power BI.

• Manage initiatives from planning to production, including Epics, milestones, timelines, dependencies, and risks.
• Align roadmap priorities with team capacity and delivery commitments.
• Drive backlog refinement and sprint planning, ensuring prioritization and readiness of work.
• Coordinate dependencies across teams, products, versions, integrations, and configurations.
• Create and maintain release plans to ensure release readiness.
• Monitor progress, identify blockers, and provide clear status reports.
• Coordinate Development, QA, and DevOps during execution and releases.
• Manage WBS allocation, team capacity, and resource conflicts.
• Track budgets, including actuals versus plans, forecasts, and cost risks.
• Maintain visibility of schedule, technical, delivery, dependency, and budget risks and escalate critical issues early.
