Customer Order Services Generalist

• Fluency in Spanish and Portuguese with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Communicative level of English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Outlook and Excel.
• Previous experience in customer service, order management, or order-to-cash processes is an advantage.
• Experience working with ERP systems is a plus.
• Strong customer focus and commitment to delivering excellent service.
• Proactive, self-motivated, with a strong sense of ownership, initiative, and accountability.

• Handle daily tasks related to local order-to-cash processes from order entry and data capturing to order monitoring and tracking.
• Answer order-related questions in a timely manner.
• Interface externally with local customers in Spanish and Portuguese by phone or email.
• Collaborate internally with Sales Managers, Accounting, Data Management, Logistics, and Supply Chain departments.
• Support handling of customer complaints related to commercial orders.
• Support invoicing processes, handling of returns, and commercial disputes.
• Work closely with Finance to resolve order-related issues.
