• Proficiency in French and English
• Background in P&C, payroll, or French philology is appreciated but not mandatory
• Willingness to improve MS Office skills

• Process ongoing orders and requests related to co-workers' employment terms in systems
• Contact the national P&C unit for clarifications such as insurance application errors
• Work with Excel to extract reports from the system
• Support co-workers via a helpline (telephone, e-mail, chat)
• Engage in self-study and e-learning on cultural differences and MS Office
• Review company news and participate in team events
• Adapt duties depending on team character and cyclical service nature
