3D Animator / 3D Artist

Go On Board is a dynamic board game studio creating international bestsellers such as Wiedźmin: Stary Świat, Wiedźmin: Ścieżka Przeznaczenia, and Cyberpunk 2077: The Board Game. The company collaborates with major pop culture brands and delivers products to tens of thousands of players worldwide.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in 3D (product rendering and/or animation)
• Current portfolio showing photorealistic renders and animations (product/advertisement)
• Proficiency in Cinema 4D or Blender (the company uses C4D + Octane; transition from Blender is acceptable)
• Knowledge of composition principles, lighting, and PBR materials
• Familiarity with compositing and working with AOVs in After Effects
• Ability to work under campaign deadlines and iterate based on feedback
• High self-discipline, responsibility, and independence in work
• Motivation for development and proactivity in expanding skills

Nice to have:

• Experience with miniature/figurine rendering; motion design in After Effects; basics of product photography
• Ability and ease in creating dynamic animations for teasers, trailers, and their scripts

• Creating photorealistic product renders (figurines, components, scenes) for campaign pages and advertisements
• Designing 3D animations for product presentations, campaign materials, and short performance creatives
• Preparing creative variants for A/B tests in cooperation with performance specialists and graphic designers
• Building and maintaining a 3D asset library (scenes, lighting, templates) to retain company knowledge
• Collaborating with a second 3D Animator to divide the production pipeline
• Executing work consistent with the project's artistic direction
• Being open to working with board game industry products
