IAM Governance & Compliance Specialist

Devire Outsourcing IT is a collaboration dedicated to IT specialists based on B2B contracts, delivering projects for leading clients in innovative and modern projects. The client is an international organization in the financial services sector, part of a large European automotive group offering vehicle financing, leasing, banking, insurance, and mobility solutions.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in IAM, IGA, Access Governance, IAM Compliance, or IT Controls.
• Practical experience with access certification/recertification, User Access Review, reconciliation of entitlements, and knowledge of SoD and access controls.
• Knowledge of RBAC, least privilege principle, entitlement lifecycle, and Authorization Concept documentation.
• Experience in preparing reports, process documentation, and audit evidence.
• Practical knowledge of IAM/IGA tools, especially SailPoint; experience with other IGA solutions is a plus.
• Familiarity with monitoring and reporting tools like Splunk is an advantage.
• Experience collaborating with application owners, IT teams, IT Compliance, and international stakeholders.
• English language proficiency at minimum B2 level.

• Monitor and oversee proper execution of IAM processes according to standards and requirements.
• Perform, monitor, and report on entitlement reconciliation between systems.
• Implement and verify IAM control mechanisms.
• Execute, monitor, and report SoD (Segregation of Duties) processes.
• Manage exceptions, identify non-compliances, and escalate to relevant teams.
• Monitor queues and execute tasks per SLA indicators.
• Prepare and update documentation, instructions, and process reports.
• Monitor IAM compliance via controls and periodic reviews.
• Support IAM awareness initiatives within the organization.
• Conduct control activities using SailPoint, local AIM tool, and Splunk.
