Ness Solution is engaged in data warehouse development and modern analytical solutions, particularly involving Business Intelligence and data transformation projects.

• Very good knowledge of SQL and Oracle databases.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in designing and building data warehouse solutions.
• Knowledge of data modeling and data integration processes.
• Experience in designing and developing ETL processes.
• Ability to analyze business processes and translate them into technical solutions.
• Ability to collaborate with business and conduct analytical consultations independently.
• Knowledge of data quality issues and data solution testing.

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of the insurance industry, especially claims processing, benefits, or policy systems.
• Knowledge of SAS (4GL, macros, Enterprise Guide, Data Integration Studio).
• Knowledge of modern data platforms such as Microsoft Fabric, Databricks, or Python.

• Analyze business processes and translate business requirements into data and analytical solutions.
• Design and develop solutions in data warehousing, data integration, and Business Intelligence.
• Design data models, data feeding processes, and data transformations.
• Build, develop, and maintain processes feeding the data warehouse and dedicated Data Marts.
• Implement and optimize ETL processes.
• Analyze and transform data from source systems.
• Ensure data quality and participate in solution testing.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation.
• Collaborate with business analysts, business users, architects, and IT teams.
• Participate in projects for development and transformation of the data environment, including data warehouse architecture modernization.
