Junior Information Security GRC Analyst (f/m/d)

Awin is a company founded in 2000, part of the Axel Springer group, operating with a dynamic, social, and inclusive culture. The role is part of the Information Security GRC team responsible for governance, risk, and compliance activities.

• Currently studying or recently graduated in IT, Computer Science, Cyber Security, or related field.
• Some exposure to IT through study, projects, or work experience.
• Good verbal and written English skills.
• Curiosity and motivation to develop skills in cyber security.
• Logical and structured problem-solving with attention to detail.
• Comfortable learning new systems, tools, and working in a changing environment.
• Basic computer literacy, familiarity with Microsoft Office and Microsoft Teams.
• Exposure to GRC or ticketing tools such as Asana is a bonus.
• Interest in certifications like CompTIA Security+ is a bonus.

• Manage and run Awin's phishing simulation tool, including scheduling campaigns, tracking results, and reporting outcomes.
• Respond to reported phishing emails, investigating and triaging them.
• Manage and maintain the security awareness training programme.
• Create engaging security awareness materials, such as newsletters and internal communications.
• Support internal and external audits and maintain security controls.
• Assist with third-party due diligence for suppliers and partners.
• Build AI tools and integrations to optimize workflows.
