Product Manager, Gift Cart

Fundraise Up is a global fundraising platform designed to make donating to nonprofits fast, seamless, and accessible. It serves enterprise nonprofit organizations across North America, the United Kingdom, Australia, and Europe. The company operates a large and complex product ecosystem including a modern checkout experience, customizable widgets, donor and partner portals, admin tools, and internal apps. The team comprises 160+ distributed product professionals mainly across Spain, Poland, Portugal, Georgia, Armenia, Serbia, Turkey, and Cyprus.

• Experience owning a product area end-to-end with responsibility for outcomes.
• Ability to build a 12–24 month strategy and roadmap with clear reasoning.
• Data-driven approach with ability to analyze funnels and identify growth opportunities.
• Capability to write clear specifications with all edge cases covered.
• Systems thinking: understanding product dependencies and anticipating impacts.
• Strong UX sensibility and ability to advocate for good user experiences.
• Comfortable working across design, engineering, analytics, and business teams.

Nice to have:

• Experience in e-commerce or multi-step checkout products.
• Experience working with nonprofits, donors, or fundraising.
• Experience with payment flows or financial products.

• Define the Gift Cart strategy and translate it into a roadmap with clear priorities.
• Communicate regularly with customers and Customer Success Managers (CSMs) and analyze data with the analytics team.
• Write detailed, clear specifications for engineers covering requirements and edge cases.
• Take features from idea to launch, working closely with design and engineering.
• Track product health and growth metrics such as conversion rates, average gift size, and error rates.
• Prepare CSMs and Sales teams ahead of every launch.
• Keep stakeholders aligned on priorities, timelines, and changes in plans.
