• Deliver exceptional omnichannel support to international clients in the Customer Support Services sector.
• Resolve complex inquiries through clear, professional communication in native or fluent Lithuanian.
• Maintain high quality standards to ensure customer satisfaction and brand loyalty.
• Collaborate with internal teams to identify and escalate technical or operational issues efficiently.
• Document all interactions accurately within the client's CRM system to maintain service excellence.
• Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on product specifications and industry best practices.
