• Knowledge of data mining and analytical analysis.
• Proven experience working in global virtual teams.
• Effective communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
• Fluent English (spoken and written).
• High level of autonomy and ability to liaise with multiple stakeholders across global and regional levels.

• Manage the day-to-day workforce plan for one or more service lines in partnership with Ops Managers.
• Align workforce plans with strategy and ensure policy compliance.
• Oversee contingent workforce management, including onboarding, offboarding, and tenure tracking.
• Track recruitment processes and maintain high-quality workforce data.
• Support scaled hiring strategies and insourcing initiatives.
• Provide feedback on tooling enhancements and participate in UAT as required.
• Drive continuous process improvements and build strong stakeholder relationships.
