Fullstack Engineer (TypeScript / React / Node.js)

The company has twelve people across three continents, with a focus on fast shipping and direct decision making.

• Experience with full stack development in TypeScript, including React and Node.js, with real shipped projects.
• AI-native mindset: building daily with AI tools.
• Ability to learn fast new codebases, domains, and tools independently.
• Commitment to software craftsmanship including loading states and error handling.
• Low ego and high standards.

Nice to have:

• Public projects or open source contributions for review.
• Startup experience.
• Knowledge of PostgreSQL, API design, or third-party tool integrations.
• Experience with voice, transcription, or conversational data.

• Ship features across the full stack in TypeScript including frontend, backend, and integrations used by real companies.
• Own problems fully, figure out the right approach, and deliver solutions without waiting for detailed specifications.
• Move fast leveraging AI tools daily to improve output.
• Fix UI polish, performance, and small features to improve product experience weekly.
• Build systems to automate repeated tasks and improve efficiency.
• Collaborate directly with founders and engineers, shipping code to production weekly.
