Senior Fullstack Developer (Java+React) (K/M)

Neontri is a company with over 120 employees specializing in two areas: building custom systems for clients, mainly in finance, banking, fintech, and e-commerce domains, often starting from scratch or adding new functionalities; and supporting clients in recruiting IT Specialists through body leasing. They focus on long-term, complex projects used daily by millions of users, with mostly remote work and occasional integration meetings, emphasizing honesty, trust, and good relations within small teams of mixed seniority.

• Minimum 5 years of commercial software development experience.
• Very good knowledge of Java (version 17+) and object-oriented programming principles.
• Practical experience with frontend development using React.
• Knowledge of Spring Boot and Spring Integration.
• Experience working with relational databases.
• Familiarity with integration technologies: REST, SOAP, XML, JSON.
• Proficient use of tools: Git, Maven, Jenkins, Jira.
• Ability to analyze technical problems and implement effective solutions.
• Teamwork and communication skills.
• Higher education, preferably in IT or technical fields.

Nice to have:

• Experience with GCP, especially BigQuery, Cloud SQL, and Pub/Sub.
• Knowledge of Apache Kafka, Google Pub/Sub, and IBM MQ.
• Practical knowledge of NoSQL databases.
• Experience in containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes/GKE.
• Experience with Campaign Management projects.

• Develop frontend applications using React.
• Develop backend services using Java 17+ and Spring Boot/Spring Integration.
