Senior Mobile Product Owner (K/M)

Neontri is a company with over 120 employees specializing in two main areas: creating systems mainly for finance, banking, fintech, and e-commerce clients, often developing new solutions or adding new functionalities; and supporting clients in recruiting specialists through bodyleasing. The company emphasizes long-term, remote projects with cyclical integration meetings and a work culture based on honesty and trust.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in product management/ownership of digital products.
• Experience implementing innovative mobile solutions.
• Experience monitoring and optimizing product efficiency metrics.
• Practical experience with product strategy, development plans, and backlog management.
• Knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements for digital platforms/products (RODO, PSD2, AML, ISO).
• Proficiency in English enabling fluent communication (possible travel to bank headquarters).

• Designing and implementing new mobile banking solutions.
• Managing product strategy, development plans, and backlog.
• Collaborating with multiple teams.
• Monitoring and optimizing efficiency metrics of deployed products.
• Ensuring compliance with regulatory and compliance requirements such as RODO, PSD2, AML, ISO.

Project details:

• Use of tools including MS Project, MS Excel, Jira, and Confluence.
• Hybrid work mode with one day per week in the office in Warsaw.
• Long-term engagement (12+ months).
