Neontri is a company with over 120 employees specializing in two main areas: building systems mainly in finance, banking, fintech, and e-commerce sectors, and supporting clients in specialist recruitment through body leasing. The company handles large, complex projects often with millions of users, mostly long-term and remote projects with occasional integration meetings and charity activities.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in designing and integrating IT solutions.
• Knowledge of platform teams supporting product teams organized around business domains.
• Experience in designing mobile application architectures.
• Experience with high-scale applications in the financial sector.
• Knowledge of designing high-performance and reliable systems.
• Familiarity with architectural patterns and corporate architecture design.
• Practical experience with Kubernetes (K8s).
• Experience with microservices architecture.
• Understanding of cloud development, deployment, and delivery processes.
• Knowledge of containerization and CI/CD practices.
• Understanding of authentication, authorization, OAuth 2.0, and OIDC.
• Ability to analyze code in Java, Kotlin, and Swift.
• Proficient with development tools like Git.
• Skilled in modeling using C4 and UML.
• Knowledge of cryptography, including digital signatures, encryption algorithms, and PKI.
• Higher education, preferably in computer science or related fields.

• Design IT solutions and integrate IT systems.
• Design architecture for mobile applications.
• Design and implement solutions for high user scale, especially in the financial sector.
• Implement and maintain services in Kubernetes (K8s) environments.
• Design and deploy microservices architecture solutions.
• Model solutions using C4 and UML standards.
• Analyze application code in Java, Kotlin, and Swift.
• Work with software development tools like Git.
• Understand authentication and authorization mechanisms with a focus on OAuth 2.0 and OIDC.
• Manage containerization and CI/CD practices.
• Handle cryptography topics including digital signatures, encryption algorithms, and PKI infrastructure.

Work mode is hybrid with 1-2 days per month in the office in Warsaw.
