Neontri is a company with over 120 employees specializing in two main areas: developing systems for clients mainly in finance, banking, fintech, and e-commerce sectors, often creating products from scratch or adding new functionalities; and supporting clients in recruiting specialists through body leasing arrangements.

• Experience in IT consulting
• Strong understanding of backend system architecture and software development processes
• Knowledge of modern backend technologies, API, system integrations, databases, and cloud environments
• Ability to navigate technical topics freely
• Experience in project management/delivery and coordinating technical teams
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to translate business needs into technological solutions
• Proficiency in English for client communication

• Build and maintain relationships with clients
• Lead conversations about clients' business and technological requirements
• Participate actively in Scrum team processes
• Coordinate technical teams and project delivery
• Conduct meetings and workshops directly with clients
