• Deliver security research projects ensuring design, quality, and implementation of controls mitigate bank risk.
• Identify previously unknown vulnerabilities and new attack techniques.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to reduce Cybersecurity risks within business risk appetite.
• Provide subject matter expertise and guidance across global business functions.
• Engage with critical bank programmes.
• Analyze and interpret the evolving security threat landscape.
• Develop tools and automate processes to enhance security assessment, including experimenting with AI for cybersecurity.
• Use AI to improve vulnerability discovery and validation phases.
• Work with Cybersecurity Technology, Operations, and Security Architecture teams.
• Establish and maintain productive relationships across the bank and stakeholders.
• Lead and manage stakeholders and staff.
• Adhere to operational controls and procedures to manage risks.
• Identify new project opportunities with innovative thinking.
• Demonstrate sensitivity and receive positive feedback from clients and stakeholders.
• Present strong teamwork attitude with global Cybersecurity and business teams.
