Senior IT Analyst, DRT Data Engineering team

• 5 years of experience designing data intensive solutions, data architectures, and integration patterns
• Knowledge and hands-on experience in payment domain (ISO20022, SEPA, Swift messages) and banking sector dynamics
• Understanding of requirement elicitation techniques and analysis
• Ability to translate business requirements into functional and non-functional specifications
• Experience with AI (Copilot, LLM, agentic solutions) and driving AI adoption
• Excellent skills in SQL (Snowflake, MSSQL, or similar RDBMS)
• Excellent English communication skills and experience collaborating internationally

Nice to have:

• Experience with cloud platforms (Snowflake, Azure, Google)
• Understanding of domain-driven design, event-sourcing architecture, microservices architecture, clean code
• Understanding of CI/CD, Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, REST, Maven, JUnit and experience with distributed, highly available applications
• Experience with scalable data products and enabling data-driven users
• Experience in building agentic solutions

• Eliciting functional and non-functional requirements by collaborating with different stakeholders
• Interacting with product owners and stakeholders to clarify and translate requirements into implementation specifications
• Communicating effectively to align stakeholders on shared objectives
• Data mapping, data modeling, solution design, and working with information architects
• Contributing to solution design, maintainability, and application architecture
• Designing near real-time data pipelines and pipelines for traditional analytics
• Performing quantitative data analysis to identify issues and recommend solutions
• Collaborating with developers and test engineers
• Building relationships through communication and stakeholder engagement
• Taking responsibility for requirements documentation and quality improvement
• Accessing complex and distributed datasets and performing statistical analysis
• Promoting analytical excellence by influencing colleagues and promoting best practices

The role is based in Finland or Poland.
