Databricks & Cloud Solution Architect

H2B Group is a consulting company assisting clients in business process automation with AI and helping IT specialists develop their careers in the B2B model. They offer projects in sectors such as fintech, medtech, edutech, and industrial automation. The client for this role is an international pharmaceutical company working on innovative enterprise-scale data and artificial intelligence projects.

• Strong practical experience with the Databricks platform in corporate environments, including Unity Catalog, Delta Lake, Databricks SQL, and access management
• Ability to design integrations between Databricks and downstream applications, AI agents, APIs, and analytical products
• Very good knowledge of Microsoft Azure cloud services including identity, networking, compute, storage, and monitoring
• Experience working with Terraform for cloud infrastructure provisioning
• Practical experience with GitHub Enterprise, GitHub Actions, and knowledge of Azure DevOps (migration experience is a plus)
• Knowledge of secure software development practices and engineering ready for audit
• Practical cloud security knowledge including Key Vault, Managed Identities, RBAC, and Private Endpoints
• Very good command of English (recruitment process and work conducted in English)

• Design solution architectures for AI applications and data utilizing the Databricks platform
• Define data consumption patterns in Databricks including Unity Catalog, Delta Lake, lineage, access management, and application integration
• Collaborate with internal experts on Lakehouse architecture, governance, and platform limitations
• Design cloud application architectures on Microsoft Azure covering API, identity, networking, storage, and monitoring
• Create and deploy repeatable infrastructure patterns using Terraform
• Support migration from Azure DevOps to GitHub Enterprise and define CI/CD standards based on GitHub Actions
• Develop patterns for controlled releases, test automation, documentation, and prepare architecture for future GxP validation and audit requirements
• Ensure security in architecture including Key Vault, RBAC, Private Endpoints, secrets management, and logging
• Mentor engineers and cooperate with data, AI, security, and business teams
