Service Domain Solution Architect, Information Capability team

• Proven experience translating complex business services into solutions delivering measurable outcomes
• Strong understanding of solution design principles, architectural patterns, and integration approaches
• Experience setting architecture direction for scalable, adaptable, and resilient solutions
• Experience defining solution design standards, reference architectures, and guiding principles
• Ability to guide, mentor, and influence stakeholders across business and technical teams
• Knowledge of APIs, integration, and modern technology stacks
• Comprehensive understanding of big data including data models and design
• Analytical and problem-solving skills to navigate complex technical landscapes
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken

Nice to have:

• Financial services background with knowledge of master data and credit risk management
• Experience transforming complex business problems into simple solution architectures
• Experience with AI and emerging technologies for durable, scalable solutions
• Proven stakeholder management across multiple teams in complex organizations
• BizDevOps experience coordinating business, development, and operations
• Experience with Snowflake, Cloudera/Hadoop, Power BI, or PEGA

• Develop a strong understanding of the business domain and user outcomes supported by business services
• Set solution architecture direction ensuring simplicity, resilience, adaptability, and sustainability
• Define and maintain solution design standards, architectural patterns, and principles
• Support business service owners and tech teams with architectural decisions and alignment
• Promote systems and services alignment for effective integration and coherent evolution
• Identify improvement opportunities and leverage AI and emerging technologies
• Provide technical guidance and architectural support, promoting delivery tools and governance
