Test Automation Engineer

EXATEL is a Polish telecommunications operator and cyber security service provider. The company has built the second largest fiber optic network in Poland and is expanding its international network. It conducts R&D activities in ICT, creating proprietary solutions such as network devices (SDN) and software for cybersecurity (TAMA - proprietary anti-DDoS). It offers satellite communication services based on its own teleport.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in creating automated tests using any programming language
• Knowledge of Linux
• Knowledge of computer networks theory
• Knowledge of REST API and data exchange formats (XML/JSON/CSV)
• Security clearance or willingness to undergo the procedure

Nice to have:

• Experience with Java, SQL, BASH, Python
• Experience in network testing
• Familiarity with testing tools such as TRex, Wireshark, Ixia, Jmeter
• Experience with Atlassian software (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, Zephyr)

• Monitor and verify that systems operate according to requirements
• Verify quality of changes made by developers
• Report bugs, assist in fixing them, and verify corrections
• Create test scenarios and test cases
• Support automation of the production process in testing
• Automate tests
• Prepare automated test suites in the CI environment
