Alior Bank SA is hiring for a hybrid full-time position located in Warszawa or Kraków, focusing on AI risk and compliance within a regulated banking environment.
Wymagania
- Knowledge of AI regulations (AI Act, DORA, NIS2, NIST) and their practical application.
- Understanding of data protection laws (RODO) related to AI.
- Familiarity with AI/ML technologies and their social, ethical, and regulatory impacts.
- Knowledge of AI/ML project lifecycles.
- Understanding AI risks such as bias, explainability, model drift, and data poisoning.
- English language proficiency at minimum B2 level.
- Minimum 3 years experience in regulated industries covering compliance, data governance, cybersecurity, or AI management.
- Ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders including business, technical, and control functions.
- Strong communication skills to translate regulatory requirements and risks into practical business recommendations.
- Openness to continuous learning and development in AI and emerging technologies.
- Interest in AI trends and regulatory changes.
- Self-motivation, initiative, organizational skills, and a collaborative mindset.
Obowiązki
- Ensure compliance of AI projects with AI Act and internal policies by conducting risk analyses and supervising controls across AI system lifecycles.
- Maintain and update AI systems registry including risk classification and documentation.
- Develop, implement, and improve AI Governance policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with technical, business, and control teams to identify, assess, and mitigate AI-related risks.
- Prepare reports and presentations on compliance status, risks, and AI strategies.
- Participate in initiatives to build awareness on AI Governance, risk management, and responsible AI usage.
- Monitor regulatory changes and represent the bank in industry forums; cooperate with external AI Governance experts.
