Fullstack Developer

SigmaCEM Analytics II sp. z o.o. creates software solutions primarily for the retail industry, also working on communication, integrations, mobile applications, web systems, automation, and voice technology solutions. They focus on building solutions that address specific business needs rather than isolated features.

• Proficient in PHP for backend development
• Good knowledge of React and modern JavaScript to build components and manage state
• Understanding of HTTP, requests, responses, authorization, and basics of web application operation
• Ability to debug issues by analyzing logs, console outputs, databases, and code
• Understand code written, including when assisted by AI tools
• Ability to work task-oriented and independently within a team
• Effective communication skills with Product Owner, analysts, and developers
• Awareness of whole system context, not just individual code parts

• Independently develop and debug backend application using PHP
• Build components, manage state, and work with APIs using React
• Design and connect APIs beyond simply consuming endpoints
• Navigate and understand database interactions between application, backend, and database
• Analyze problems, identify root causes, and complete tasks
• Work effectively in short sprint cycles and collaborate during daily processes such as daily meetings, refinement, and retrospectives
• Communicate with Product Owners, analysts, and developers
• Take ownership of tasks without needing step-by-step instructions
• Use AI as a development tool while understanding the code and its effects

Nice to have:

• Experience or knowledge in voice technologies or telecommunication (e.g., VoIP, SIP, Asterisk, WebRTC, telephone exchanges, telephone integrations, audio streaming, speech-to-text / text-to-speech)
