QA Engineer – rozwiązania AI (K/M)

Interia.pl Sp. z o.o. is one of the largest internet publishers in Poland and part of the largest media group in the country. The team consists of experienced developers and QA testers developing products for millions of users with a growing focus on AI competencies, prototyping and integrating AI models accessed via API, cloud, and locally.

• Commercial experience as a software tester with strong knowledge of testing processes, methodologies, and theory
• Genuine fascination with AI topics, understanding components of LLM-based systems
• Theoretical and practical knowledge of effective prompt engineering
• Creativity and unconventional problem-solving skills, especially for flexible AI model behavior testing
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a multidisciplinary team of developers and testers

Nice to have:

• Experience with integration testing and good knowledge of APIs (REST/GraphQL)
• Familiarity with LLM quality evaluation and monitoring (e.g., prompt regression tests, quality metrics, cost analysis)
• Basic knowledge of security in LLM systems (e.g., prompt injection, guardrails)

• Testing AI/LLM-based solutions, verifying system functionality and model behavior in various scenarios
• Actively supporting software development by building and testing prototypes and demo versions (Proof of Concept)
• Implementing AI solutions into QA processes, acting as an ambassador for modern AI tools and supporting automation in testing workflows
• Conducting classical QA processes including requirements and documentation analysis, and developing test scenarios and cases
• Collaborating with the development team on solution design and quality evaluation (e.g., search strategies in RAG systems)
