AI Solutions Engineer (SDLC Automation)

• Minimum 5 years of technical experience (software development, DevOps, QA, or related) in production teams
• Practical experience with AI tools supporting development (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Cursor, Codex)
• Practical skills in building AI agents, workflows, skills, and prompts, and integrating them with development environments (repositories, CI/CD, code review, tests)
• Good understanding of concepts like LLM, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), automation, and agent architectures; practical knowledge of frameworks such as LangGraph and protocol MCP is a strong asset
• Familiarity with Spec-Driven Development and modern AI-supported software engineering practices
• Ability to translate needs into AI architecture, ensure security and compliance, optimize costs, and assess business value considering LLM model constraints
• Willingness to share knowledge through pair/mob programming, workshops, and technical sessions to unify AI work standards

• Design and develop solutions using Agentic AI for Software Development Lifecycle automation
• Build AI agents and workflows supporting developers in code generation, testing, code review, analysis, and documentation
• Integrate LLM models and agents with developer tools, repositories, APIs, and SDLC environment
• Create and enhance solutions using LangGraph and Model Context Protocol (MCP)
• Prototype new AI applications and assess their usefulness in real software development processes
• Ensure security, reliability, and control of agent-based solutions
• Collaborate with development teams implementing new tools and Agentic SDLC practices
• Share knowledge and support effective and responsible AI use in software engineering

Administrator przetwarza dane obowiązkowe na podstawie ciążącego na nim obowiązku prawnego, zaś w zakresie danych dodatkowych podstawą przetwarzania jest zgoda. Dane osobowe będą przetwarzane do czasu zakończenia postępowania rekrutacyjnego i przez okres możliwości dochodzenia ewentualnych roszczeń, a w przypadku wyrażenia zgody na udział w przyszłych postępowaniach rekrutacyjnych - do czasu wycofania tej zgody. Zgoda na przetwarzanie danych osobowych może zostać wycofana w dowolnym momencie. Odbiorcą danych jest serwis Rocket Jobs oraz inne podmioty, którym powierzyliśmy przetwarzanie danych w związku z rekrutacją.
