IT Factory is a dynamic company with experience in the development, implementation, and support of IT solutions for a major Polish company in the insurance industry.

• Higher education in computer science or related fields.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in ML/AI projects.
• Experience in IT solution design, including knowledge of design patterns.
• Very good knowledge of Python.
• Knowledge of AI/ML topics including PyTorch, TensorFlow, and building custom models.
• Experience working with AWS Cloud.
• Experience with system integration: API, REST, Web Services, Swagger UI, FastAPI.
• Knowledge of relational databases: PostgreSQL, Oracle.
• Knowledge of Java Spring Boot and building microservices.
• Knowledge of integration tools.
• Knowledge of tools: GIT, SonarQube, Bamboo, Jira, Confluence.
• Practical knowledge of agile methodologies: Agile.
• Practical knowledge of English language communication (oral and written) at B2/C1 level.

Nice to have:

• Experience in insurance projects.
• Engagement, proactivity, and ability to work in a team.

• Designing, implementing, and maintaining insurance applications according to business requirements and company technology standards.
• Developing AI/ML-based components.
• Integrating systems using APIs, REST, Web Services, Swagger UI, and FastAPI.
• Utilizing integration tools.
• Applying agile project methodologies such as Agile.
