Senior Fullstack Developer

SolDevelo is an Atlassian Gold Marketplace Partner with over 15 years of software development experience and a team of around 60 people. The Product Department consists of small Scrum teams working on apps for the Atlassian Marketplace and monday.com Marketplace, such as Worklogs, QAlity, and Checklists.

• Minimum five years of professional software development experience.
• Senior-level, hands-on expertise in backend development with Java and Spring Boot.
• Proven experience designing and implementing backend architecture for web applications.
• Solid working knowledge of React and TypeScript to deliver frontend features independently.
• Commercial experience with unit testing on backend and frontend using JUnit and Jest.
• Ability to write performant, maintainable, and testable code.
• Demonstrated experience mentoring and leading mid-level developers.
• Strong tech debt management skills including identification and refactoring plans.
• Strong knowledge of application security practices such as OWASP Top 10; able to define, implement, and monitor security strategy.
• Ability to estimate complex projects end-to-end and coordinate estimation processes.
• Comfortable working asynchronously within distributed teams.
• Excellent command of Polish (C1) and English (C1).

• Design and build features end-to-end, owning backend architecture and contributing to frontend.
• Set and enforce backend code quality standards in code reviews.
• Mentor and technically lead mid-level developers through pairing and coaching.
• Inspire the team by sharing ideas and setting development standards.
• Contribute to architectural decisions focusing on performance, security, and maintainability.
• Engage early with design and product teams to influence business decisions.
• Advocate for scalable and durable technical solutions.
• Assist the service desk team with complex customer issues.
