Senior Backend Developer / Team Lead

• Proficient knowledge of C and/or Rust programming languages.
• Knowledge of databases and SQL.
• Basic understanding of cryptography and security.
• Basic knowledge of Linux/Unix operating systems, terminal usage, and scripting.
• Experience in a team leadership role such as Tech Lead.
• Ability to manage tasks independently and support or supervise less experienced colleagues.
• Effective planning of own and others' work with proper prioritization.

Nice to have:

• Experience in effectively using AI tools in daily work.
• Knowledge of network protocols including TLS, HTTP(s).
• Familiarity with CI/CD processes.

• Design and develop architecture for new functionalities (RFC, technical decisions).
• Lead and support a team of 3–5 people (developers and QA), mentor and ensure competence development.
• Analyze and estimate new projects, break them down into tasks, and manage deadlines.
• Ensure code quality and application security through design, code reviews, and pair programming.
• Solve technical challenges in development, testing, and production environments.
• Maintain and enhance existing solutions ensuring their consistency and security.
