Account Success Manager – Life Science

• Professional experience in Customer Success, Account Management, B2B customer service, or Project Management with a strong focus on relationships.
• Comfortable navigating Life Science, pharma, or eco industry topics without requiring in-depth scientific knowledge.
• High business empathy, active listening skills, and a problem-solving mindset without aggressive sales tactics.
• High independence, excellent personal organization, and genuine desire to help clients succeed.
• Strong communication skills to proactively manage and resolve issues.

Nice to Have:

• Strong command of English for international accounts.
• Previous experience working with clients in pharmaceutical, medical, or eco industries.

• Act as a trusted partner and main contact for clients across pharma, lab, biotech, and eco sectors, ensuring real value in collaboration.
• Advocate internally for clients to ensure smooth project execution and resolve communication issues with the Delivery team.
• Identify opportunities for expanding cooperation through upselling by understanding clients' pain points.
• Initiate regular check-ins and feedback sessions to maintain strong relationships and address minor issues early.
• Collaborate with technical experts to provide specialized knowledge while managing overall client comfort and relationship strength.
