IT Project Manager – SAP HR (HCM)

People More is a technology company working on projects for a large client base in Poland and abroad. The company develops projects from scratch (UX, UI, frontend, backend, mobile) or parts thereof and works directly with clients worldwide. The team is small and offers an international working environment with international projects.

• Experience as a Project Manager or PMO in HR IT projects.
• Practical experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
• Experience in hypercare and post-go-live system stabilization.
• Ability to coordinate activities across business teams, technical teams, and external implementation partners.
• Strong stakeholder, risk, and escalation management skills.
• Independence, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple topics simultaneously.
• Experience with MDI and embedded SAP Analytics Cloud is an asset.
• Very good English and Polish language skills.
• German language skills are a strong advantage.

• Provide IT-side governance following the SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central go-live.
• Coordinate the hypercare and post-go-live stabilization activities.
• Track outstanding topics, action items, follow-up tasks, and corrective measures.
• Prioritize activities and monitor their timely completion.
• Prepare project status reports.
• Manage project risks, issues, and escalations.
• Coordinate cooperation between HR project leadership, IT teams, implementation partners, and senior management.
• Oversee the further rollout of MDI and embedded SAP Analytics Cloud.
