Senior Power BI Consultant / Requirements Engineer with German

People More is a technology company working on projects for a large client base both domestically and internationally. They build projects from scratch or partially, covering UX, UI, frontend, backend, and mobile, working directly with clients and supporting partners globally.

• Strong practical knowledge of Power BI.
• Very good command of DAX and Power Query.
• Experience in data modelling and building semantic models.
• Good knowledge of Power BI Service.
• Experience in performance optimisation of reports and data models.
• Ability to independently gather, analyse, and document business requirements.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience working with Data Engineering and Data Warehouse teams.
• Ability to combine business analysis with technical implementation.
• A proactive, self-driven, and well-organised approach to work.
• Fluent German – mandatory.
• Very good English.

• Independently gather, analyse, and document business requirements.
• Communicate with stakeholders in German and manage their expectations.
• Translate business needs into effective reporting and data solutions.
• Design, develop, and implement Power BI reports and dashboards.
• Build data models and semantic models.
• Create calculations and measures using DAX.
• Transform and prepare data using Power Query.
• Work with Power BI Service, including publishing, managing, and maintaining reports and datasets.
• Monitor and optimise the performance of reports and data models.
• Cooperate closely with Data Engineering and Data Warehouse teams.
• Support the implementation of BI solutions from requirements-gathering through delivery.
• Manage tasks independently and proactively drive projects forward.
